Private Dining Room

Seats fourteen. A room within a room, separated from the main hall, suited to dinners that call for something more deliberate. Available across all dining formats, for larger parties or anyone who wants the evening to themselves. Enquire for availability and minimum spend.

Main Dining Hall

Twenty-six seats in the heart of the room. An open kitchen, live fire, and a space designed for the kind of evening that earns its own conversation. Enquire about a full buyout.

ABV Event Space

The ABV floor takes up to thirty-five guests, depending on layout. A separate space next to the main dining room, suited to receptions, standing events, and occasions that need room to move. Enquire for availability and minimum spend.

Good to know

Before you enquire.

Is there parking?
Yes. There is an outdoor carpark within Carbon's own compound, plus street parking just outside.
Is there a dress code?
Come as you are. There is no dress code. We only ask that phones and photos stay considerate of the table next to you.
How do you handle dietary requirements and allergies?
Tell us before you arrive, not at the table. Dietary restrictions and allergies need at least 48 hours' notice so the kitchen can prepare properly and safely. Be specific about what you are avoiding, and why, so we can plan around it in advance.
