Before You Reserve
Carbon is a sanctuary shaped by intention. Your reservation is a commitment to the experience we craft with care and discipline.
The Truth of the Menu — Our cuisine honours ingredients in their most honest form, including raw preparations of fish and beef.
The Integrity of the Journey — We are unable to modify our Carbon Journeys to accommodate specialised dietary requirements such as vegan, celiac, or G6PD.
Clarity for Safety — Please inform us of any critical allergies at least 48 hours before your seating so we may prepare responsibly.
Honouring Time — We hold the table for 15 minutes from your reservation time before releasing it.
Every Guest Matters — A confirmed reservation is required for every individual in your party, including children.
